Having it written down prevents us from skipping important checks when we’re tired or rushed. For example, I once found a tiny surface crack that I would have missed if it wasn’t listed. Fixing it early saved us from a much bigger problem later. With the checklist, every inspection step is consistent no matter who does it. Using a Checklist makes training easier too, because students learn exactly what to look for every time.
