Organized a birthday here for my husband who's obsessed with puzzles. Group https://mazerooms.com/ of eight, mixed experience levels. The staff took time before the game to explain the setup and check that everyone was comfortable with the scare level. Two of us finished with a few minutes to spare and came out buzzing. My husband called it the best birthday activity he'd had in years. That's the goal. Nobody left disappointed and the staff clearly knew what they were doing.
